Our Story

Alongside having busy corporate careers in finance, Karen and Aidan's real journey into property started in 2005 when they purchased, fully remodelled and renovated their own residential house.  

 

This ignited their passion for property which continued a number of years later (once their now two teenage daughters had grown). In 2018 they formed Caboose Properties, buying and refurbishing a number of unloved properties which now remain successfully let. Their focus is now 100% on property.

 

Aidan and Karen's professional careers enabled them to transfer key skills such as project and team management to their property business. Extensive property training and hands-on experience has armed them with expert knowledge, which they continue to develop through ongoing mentoring and working closely with other industry professionals.

 

They are now concentrating on growing their portfolio across different property strategies, including serviced accommodation and development, while partnering with investors and landlords to bring a stress-free, stronger return on their money, providing high-quality accommodation for all of their tenants and guests.
